Products created by mixing and dispensing other products on the spot at a store to reflect an individual's own skin type, preferences, etc.

*Sales of customized cosmetics commence on March 14, 2020.

2) Contents + Contents or Contents + Raw ingredients

[What if I want to sell customized cosmetics?]

You must register as customized cosmetics sales business at the local Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety.

*You can register your business after submitting a technical manager qualification certificate, etc., to the local Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety.

Each individual store must have a technical manager who has passed a national qualification exam to perform the mixing and dispensing, etc.
